Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an operations management, supply chain, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or operations software.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage operational processes to ensure smooth daily business activities.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Prepare reports for upper management and participate in strategic planning.
  • Implement and optimize systems and technology solutions to streamline operations.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
  • On-site/Hybrid/Remote depending on the organization’s setup.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and decision-making under pressure.
