Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an operations management, supply chain, or similar role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or operations software.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operations software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage operational processes to ensure smooth daily business activities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Prepare reports for upper management and participate in strategic planning.
- Implement and optimize systems and technology solutions to streamline operations.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
- On-site/Hybrid/Remote depending on the organization’s setup.
